Chart shrinks when published, BUG?

Hi!

I've been having issues with readability when publishing reports or exporting to PDF.

The visual looks like this while in Power BI Desktop

Although there is plenty of space for the legend and axis text, when I publish, it shrinks and looks like this:

Attempts to solve:

- Remove/add responsiveness

- Change font size (legend, axis, labels)

- Change legend position

- Remove/add padding

- Publish in PPT, then PDF

The only solution until now was to make the chart ridiculously large. Is there something I've got wrong or is it a BUG?

My version:
