Chart for amount of values that fall on combination of two dates

I have data like this:

ID	Created Date	Submitted Date
1	3/29/2024	4/12/2024
2	1/14/2024	1/24/2024
3	1/28/2024	2/1/2024
4	3/19/2024	3/20/2024
5	4/1/2024	4/1/2024
6	3/20/2024	3/28/2024
7	2/14/2024	2/27/2024
8	2/8/2024	2/20/2024
9	2/26/2024	2/28/2024
10	1/27/2024	2/6/2024

The submitted date will always be after the created date. I want to create a chart to show how many IDs fall on each combination of dates. I was imagining something like a scatter chart, but it seems there's no way to structure it this way (with a measure for count of IDs as values, and each date on one of the axes).

Does anyone know a visual that will allow me to do this? Again, scatter chart seems to make the most sense but doesn't seem to support this.
