Changing the x axis field in line graph based on a selection in your filter

Hi Everyone,

Looking for some help on filtering and line charts. I want the date field to change based on the selection in the filter. The data is looking at the average score of surveys completed over time. Some survey's are done daily, some weekly and some monthly. I have this info in Dim survey table. When i filter the survey, i want the line chart to change from either date, week or month. I have put an example below - 

Depending on my filter here,  This is a daily survey.

Then if i switch to a weekly survey.

Is there any way to this which is easier than lots of bookmarks or layering line charts? I can add drill downs but i would like it to default ot the correct view first.
