Changing sort order of column in pivoted Matrix

How can one change the sort order of a Pivoted column like this in a Matrix?

I can change the sort order of the column in Column Tools etc, but it doesn't update the order in the visual. 

To pivot my Matrix around the  [Year - WeekNumber] column , I have used the Switch Values to Rows option

I can't follow your instructions. I currently have a column in the table like this. It's of type Text.

@andyor , Create columns like

Year Week 1 = [Year Week]

Year week sort =  Rankx(Date, [Year week],,desc,dense)

Then mark Year week sort as a sort column of year week1 in column tools and use year week 1 in visual
