Changing Hyperlink Text

Hi, I have a column for PO#, and I concatenated the PO Requisition website url with the PO# so that it is dynamic, you click on that url and it takes you to the record for that specific PO#.

However, the url is very long, I want the hyperlink text to change from that entire actual url to just the PO#.

How can I do that?

Thanks.
