Changing Date In Source Columns

Hi All,

I am struggling to put the below data into a Power BI, especially as the WK/Date values will change as time progresses...so the query will break once WK44 passes. It also is hard for me to get Power BI to recognise the WK values as dates (so I tried to create a relationship between them with my own WK -> Date chart) but I still dont think this has been effective.

ITEMS	WK44	WK45	WK46	WK47	WK48
	31/10/22	07/11/22	14/11/22	21/11/22	28/11/22
Item A	100	80	70	200	499
Item B	etc.	etc.	etc.
Item C

Any ideas on this please would be greatly appreciated.
