Changing Data Sources

Hi,

 

I'm trying to change the data source of my Power BI file between Salesforce environments but I'm unable to clear my existing credentials. I'm able to save the credentials for the new environment under Data source settings but after I clear the existing credentials and refresh the data, it asks me to login to the old environment.

 

Any guidance on this?

Try the below steps:

Step 1: Go to the Query editor and click on the Source option at the rightmost panel under steps.

Step 2: Double click on the source then formula bar will appear where you change the data source.

 

Don't forget to give thumbs up and accept this as a solution if it helped you!!!

Please take a quick glance at newly created dashboards : Restaurant Management Dashboard , HR Analytics Report , Hotel Management Report, Sales Analysis Report , Fortune 500 Companies Analysis , Revenue Tracking Dashboard

@Anonymous do you have table/query in your model which is still pointing to an old instance?
