Change visual tooltip based on slicer selection

I'm not sure this is even possible but i'm just going to ask to see whether anyone has any workarounds.

Is there a way to select a radio button, and depending on the user selection it should change the visual tooltips like below.

E.g.

So if the user then selects moving average, it should show this tooltip instead.

Thanks in advance.

  • Hi mdbuzzer ,

As far as I know, currently it is not supported in power bi to use slicer to change tooltips type in the visual becasue each visual only can set one type report tooltip. Please refer: Create tooltips based on report pages in Power BI Desktop

Perhaps you can submit the requirement to ideas and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas

It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
