Change the value dynamically of a card when it is a specific date and time

Hello everyone good day
I am currently complicated with the change of value automatically when a date and time is met.

I have a table with a Group name column (Group 1, Group 2, Group 3 or Group 4) that is displayed on a card that shows the name of a group, but I need that when a specific date and time is met this value changes to Group 2 and so on when the other specified date and time arrives. Thanks in advance

thanks the main idea is that the group value changes at a specific date and time
if it is 04/11/2022 18:00 Hours indicate that it is group 1
if it is 05/11/2022 01:00 Hours indicate that it is group 2

if it is 05/11/2022 09:00 Hours indicate that it is Group 3

and so on.

Hi Ryan, if I sure I lack to complement each group has a different date and time of start of operations or its functions for it

Group 1 from 04/11/2022 18:00 to 05/11/2022 01:00

Group 2 from 05/11/2022 01:00 to 05/11/2022 08:00

Group 3 from 05/11/2022 08:00 to 05/11/2022 15:00

Group 4 from 05/11/2022 15:00 to 05/11/2022 22:00

the result would be that i change the group in each time interval to the current time
