Change the order of value

I want to change the order so that it starts from a specific number and ends with a specific number

start to (5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,0,1,2,3,4) like that

@Anonymous Create this column in Power Query Editor where [Value] is your column:

if [Value]/5 < 1 then [Value]/5+23 else [Value]/5

Use thise as your Sort By column.
