I have the graph as below, the Revenue is the bar and Gross Margin as line. I need the color of the line to be red for negative values and green for positive values. Please help as i am completely new to this.

As I know, there is no conditional format for line in line and clustered column chart. You could try to put field which have negative value in column
Or another workaround is that you could create another measure for this
Measure 2 = if(SUM('Table'[q2])>0, SUM('Table'[q2]), BLANK())
By the way, you could submit this requirement in power-bi-ideas

As shown in your 2nd image i need it continuous line.
I tried the same now, but i am getting another line in the graph instead of continuous line.

What is your measure? You might need to try below measure
Measure 2 = if([GP]>0, [GP]), BLANK())
Or you could try to upload your sample data or pbix file, I will help you more correctly
