Change start & end points & intervals on x & y axis

I would like to know if it is possible to change the start and end points of x and y axis, and also the intervals between the various points on x and y axis.

I dont think this functionality os currently supported in any of the PowerBI visuals.

There is an idea regarding this functonality that you can vote for

Maybe the alterative is to create Python or R plots in PowerBI
