Change one column to another

I am new to Pwer BI. I have one column called quarter where I need transformed like this

Quarter New Column

01           Q1

02            Q2

03            Q3

04           Q4

Any help, how to do that?

If you don't want zero so first get rid of this zero then concatenate it column value.

Column=

        Var QUAR= Mid(Table[Quarter], 2,3)

        RETURN "Q"& QUAR
