Change matrix rows color background

I'm searching for this and as far as I found, it's not possible to do this, but I really want a more updated feedback about it.

My matrix looks like this:

 

And I want it to look like this:

It's still not possible even using HTML?

    Hi ThiagoProfitt ,

    Unfortunately, this is by design. Power BI is now unable to achieve what you need . You can submit an idea for it at   https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/   and wait for users with the same needs as you to vote for you to help make it happen as soon as possible.

     

    Or you can try to use table visual.

      Thanks for the answer! Unfortunately, I can't use table because I have data to be expanded in each row. But it's good to have an updated feedback!
