Change data source password programmatically for reports uploaded to the Power BI Reporting Server?

Hello

We have an on prem Power BI reporting server, and we upload our reports there.

In

Manage -> Data sources -> Credentials -> Log into the data source -> Using the following credentials,

of a report, we are using a special account, not the user's own account.

Would it be possible to programmatically update the password of the special account for each report? We are required to change the special account's password regularly and we have quite a few reports. Therefore, every time there is a change in the password, we need to manually update the password of the reports.

Thanks

Dimani

Thanks for pointing out the cmdlets. I looked through it, but did not find one that can update the password.

In any case, at least I learned that there are PowerShell scripts for Power BI.

Best regards
