I'll try to explain an issue that I'm passing by.
Context: It's a CRM API for a company. So we have, for example, Leads that went to trash or leads that were scheduled a meeting.
I have 3 columns on my data and some visuals will give me numbers, others visuals don't...all of this after I made some filtering.
So my question is: after I create a filter for some cards, some of them show "blank" instead of zero.
I think it show blank because all of the columns are 100% with data, although AFTER I make those filters, some of them will not have any value (example: a lead that was schedule on a period)
Example...I don't have any scheduled lead, so it has to show 0, not blank after filter...
Company | Salesman | Status
XYZ | ABC | converted
HBD | DEF | converted
GNF | GHY | trash
Hi @Anonymous ,
Which field or measure you are using in these cards? If applied the measure on card, could you please provide the related formula? How did you set the filter? We need these information to reproduce your problem to find the cause of problem and solution. Thank you.
Best Regards
Hi @Anonymous - Just make sure that whatever measure you use just bind it up with the coalesce function and declare 0 as the final argument. For example -Coalesce(sum(value),0) = this would bring 0 everytime whenever their is anything other than the caluclation.
Mark it as accepted if this works fine with you.
