Change Chart Axis Values

I have a simple chart that looks like this: 

How do I edit the Y axis values to be major 100% & min -100% please?

@RyanH455 , in format option of the visual you can change axis Start and end values.

select the format or graph visual, on the Y-axis set your start to -1 and End to 1
