Is there a way to move this label to the right to give more space between it and the accent bar?

In regular cards, we don't have this format option, but there is an option to use the title , which you can move to the needed side / play with vertical spacing:
In the new card we have an option to modify data label 2 :

@Ritaf1983 I don't have that option. Just to be sure that we are talking about the same visual. I am using a "Card" visual and there is no option for the accent bar.

Yes that works with regular card but I was hoping to achieve the same with multi card since those have accent bars which I like
