Card with trend

Hi, I have a database who have the sales of 4 different brands.

I have too a Stacked Colum Chart Graph with this data by month.

That's pretty ok, but I want to know if its possible to add a card for every brand indicating the trend in the period. 

I want to make one for every Brand.  It's simple I think......:)

I attached a raw example of what I want.
