Cant update dataset file via OneDrive Private - how to manual?

I have a .pbix file I work on via my local machine. When I want to use it in Power BI online, I rename it to the same as the one in my dataset. I have auto updates set for OneDrive in PBI, but after several hours it is still not updated. 

It is the correct file, because when I download it from onedrive and open local it has my changes.

Is it possible to update manually?

I can upload it directly from Power BI Desktop and it overwrites.

But I wonder why it wont via OneDrive when auto updates is set. When I look in the update history it has only updated a couple of times over a two month period.
