Cant refresh dataset from Google Sheets - failed to connect to gateway

Ive imported my data in the desktop app but am unable to refresh the data in the web app. Ive published my sheet to the web (ive tried both html and xlsx - both with different errors) and set up a gateway as follows with the correct credentials...

 

However Im getting the following error..

I feel like ive tried all options and am at a dead end. please help. Thanks.

Hi @dmule,

Based on test, I can use connect direct mode to connect google sheet with anonymous credentials.

Can you share more detailed info about this?

BTW, if you are try to create report with merged datasources, I think you can try to use personal gateway to instead.
