Cannot verify the sensitivity label for the report

I download the pbix file from the workspace online, the sensitivity label is&nbsp;Confidential/Micrososft extended. I cannot open it even if I connect the VPN&nbsp;

Limitations in the above link. Some include

Users with a free license can't open protected .pbix files.

To open a protected .pbix file, a user with an appropriate license must also have Full control and/or Export usage rights for the relevant label.

Do you have a pro licences? And these rights?

My license is&nbsp;Premium Per User, is that pro license. I have the contributor for the workspace

Licence should be sufficient but the right on the label could still be a issue. I don't think the workspace role matters&nbsp;

So what is the solution to solve it?

All depends on the settings applied to the label, you may need to talk to whoever setup the label in purview&nbsp;https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/encryption-sensitivity-labels
