Cannot upload PBIX to Report Server

PRE_IT , Please close all power files open again and try to publish. This can be an issue because on may -2021 release. Report an issue - https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
I have no files open. Only a test file with a linked Database from the same sql server as the report server is installed. The file just displays the amount of users created so there isn't any voodoo either.
This error was even present in the Dec'2020 version which we updated to May'2021 after hitting this error.
Even the "Repair" function of the windows installer and switching to a user account instead of an systemaccount did not change anything.
