Cannot publish from Power BI Desktop
Hi all, Since this Monday I've noticed Power BI has changed its format a bit, and the "publish" -> "Select" button won't appear sometimes. This is what it used to look like before the update...

I encounted the same issue last night. Apparently, it's because of the warning that's cropping out the bottom part. What I did was I clicked a workspace name then hit tab until I get passed Owner and then press Enter key.
I have the same issue. The workaorund helps, but I hope Microsoft provide a fix in near future.
I was told it is a known issue and the fix is in the works.
