Cannot load model error

I have a user where we are running a course - folders on the C: drive. Not using Direct Query in any way.  They are getting this message.  They have installed and uninstalled PowerBI desktop - any idea? Thanks. cannot connect to drive DC.png

Try checking the privacy level for each data source or changing the setting for the current file to ignore privacy levels and see if that helps at all.
