I keep going in circles trying to get support. I am a paid pro user. I go to help within desktop ot service and get to the support page - which says I'm not a pro user but I can pay to be one 'for fast, free support." Quite aside from the fact it's not at all 'free', how do I get to the part where I can create a ticket?

Thanks, I've been all over the community forums. There are similar problems and I've tried all the solutions offered. Nothing is working. I'm sure you can imagine how frustrating it is to have a problem you need a solution for and not be able to find, then, when trying to access something I PAY FOR, I cannot get that to work either.
