Cannot compare integer and text

Hello,

I am trying to calculate the number of times a row meets certain criteria, however, the criteria consist of both integer and text, hence, I am getting the "cannot compare integer and text value". Total MI is the one in integer, the rest are in text format. I have attached my measure and sample data, thank you.
