Cannot Sign into my Power BI Desktop app

My registered email id with office 365 is nis*******r@s******l.com. Recently I tried signing in with this id on Power BI and the error popup says    Request Id: 3705425a-da15-4ca8-a286-c793bcb8...

nishant0012 can you login to app.powerbi.com? Check it and see if that works.

    Hey parry2k Im able to sign in the link you sent. But I'm not able to the refresh the data on my app.

      Hi nishant0012,

       

      Please don't post private data here. 

      What is the issue now? You can sign in now, right? 

      Do you mean "my app" the App workspace? You need to refresh the dataset.

      Did you get any error message? 

      What's the data source? 

      Do you have enough permission to refresh the data?

        Hey, v-jiascu-msft I'm continuously getting an error while refreshing the data or logging in the power BI desktop with my office 365 id. Can you please help me out with the same. I've attached the snap of the error as well.
