Hi

Can anyone help with this? this morning i installed the February 2019 version of PBI and now i cannot access my existing PBI reports even though i'm logged in as the same user, it now just says "Unable to open document", "We were unable to restore the saved database to the model"

Hi, if I search the forum there seems to be a problem with & in the file path, e.g.:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/We-weren-t-able-to-restore-the-saved-database-model/td-p/34...

"We've just encountered the same error after updating to 2.55.5010.521 - we tracked it down to an '&' in the path name.  Moving the .pbix to a different folder opened fine, but then I moved it into a subfolder  /A&B and it failed.  So try moving the .pbix to a different path and see if that helps."

Or see if any of the other search results help you.

/Johan
