Can you change which metric is 'on top' in a visual

My chart visualisation has 2 metrics which happen to overlap.

I would like to find an option such as 'bring forward' so that the metric which is currently sitting behind actually sits on top - 

 

You can see in this screenshot, the tool-tip helps you see that there is number behind the line chart.

You can use 'sort by column' feature to manually setting sort order.
