I found another way, I get the URL of the second power BI report from the power bi service and affect it to a button as URL instead of bookmarks or other type and it work when I publish the report
Hi @Anonymous ,
Reports may need to be recreated in Power BI Desktop to achieve the above ideas.
You need to connect the datasets of the two reports.
Recreate the same two-page report and use the buttons to switch between the two pages.
This could be a big project.

@Anonymous You can use the button and add the published link of the dashboard.
Hi,
It relies partly on whare the reports are ? If they're on a network (shared disk, or cloud) it could be done using a button with a URL set as Action.
Pick up the URL of the report you want, and enter it in the Action field after selecting URL web in the drop down menu of Action.
It might be easier through the PBI Service but since you're looking for a solution based on Desktop.
But you're talking about Workspaces as well, so then ot will rely on the Access of those Workspaces. If they have same authorisations it shoudl be easy.
You can even have URL based on filters you need.

Hope it helps
