Can we set a username or password for web url of dashboard? 

If the dashboard we are creating contains some confidential data , we need to put some security also. So is there any way for that or we need to buy license only and share the dashboard within those licensed emails ?

Hi @AnandRanga,

Do you use the “Publish to web” feature? If so, we are not able to set a username or password for the web URL. If your create your dashboard with only free Power BI features, you can follow the guide in this article to share dashboard, both you and the target users you share dashboard with don’t require Power BI Pro license. Power BI Pro licenses are required when you contain Power BI pro content in the dashboard.

In addition, you can integrate Power BI reports in SharePoint Online. But please note that The Power BI report web part requires all the viewers to have a Power BI Pro license.
