Hi all,
Is there any way that we can customize data labels of the line chart in power bi desktop?
Suppose I want only four data labels for maximum, minimum, opening and closing values to be shown in the line chart as follows-
I don't want all the data labels to be shown. Is it possible?
Thanks in advance!

I have got a custom visual, named Multi Axis Chart by xViz, which can show data labels for maximum, minimum, open and closing values. Check out here .

@freakinaditya Create a measure that only returns values at the open, closed, min and max. Add this measure as a second value to your line chart. Turn on data labels and then scroll down and turn on Customize series. Turn data labels for your first value off and then your data labels from only your second measure will be displayed.
Hi Greg, Could you help with the said measure as suggested by you here?
@Greg_Deckler I tried what you explained but I am getting three different lines on the chart. I have calculated measures for maximum and minimum values. I don't want to display three-line rather I would display a single line and maximum and minimum values to be displayed in data labels only.
What I wanted was something like this--
Here DL stands for Data labels.
I don't want all data labels to be displayed.
@freakinaditya Can you provide some sample data as text so that I can mock this up?
@Greg_Deckler This is a sample table having a month and a sales column.
Now I have to only show data labels for maximum and minimum values rather than displaying data labels for all values.

Hi @freakinaditya ,
I suggest you use Max and Min line in Analytics:
