Can we create scroll bars to show multiple cards (W/O animation) in a line on single report?

 I am working on a project where lot of visuals are cards only which occupies more space & changing look & feel of the report.

I tried some custom visuals like scroller& KPI ticker  which are animated/dynamic   as well as Card-browser works fine with text rather than values.

So, i thought to  combine all the cards in horizontal manner and if we add any scrollable-funcitonality would be better,(i dont know it is possible either ) some thing like that..

if not ,is there any other custom visulas which are related to the requirement?

How about using Multi-row Card visualization?

instead page scroll bars, i want visualwise  scrolls for cards..like attached
