Can we change the default blur effect of table visual ??

user_Kdbl21_1-1677104647973.png

As you can see here in the left view I have product, image and price in table view. When I select one item the rest of the items are greyed out. Is there any way to remove blur effect from other rows.

And also I want to know one more thing, if no item is selected in the tables then in the image card and descriptions card "NO DATA" should be visible. I used the dax code by creating measure,

"isFiltered = INT( ISFILTERED ( Table[column] ) )" and making the filter as 1. But it didnot worked.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXn-QZqLD-8 (i learned it from here.)
May I know what are the alternate ways ??

@Anonymous , That is the standard select effect, to show you what is selected. I doubt that can be changed
