When I try to login to the desktop app with my work account after the July update, it thinks for a second then nothing happens. No error message or anything. I have completly uninstalled (even tried deleting the Power Bi folder in the User\Appdata folder) and reinstalled. I can log in with no problem in the desktop app on my laptop after the July update. Anyone else seen this issue?

Hi @Sean2 ,
I'd like to suggest you turn on fiddler to trace login progress to confirm which type of httprequests send failed.
In addition, you can also contact to your IT to confirm network/firewall rules if they block your requests.
Regards,
Xiaoxin Sheng

Thank you! I used fiddler to see where it was hanging up. I then rememembered I had been playing around with ad-blocking using the host file a couple of weeks ago that I forgot about. It was the an entry in the host file that was blocking me.
Sovled!
