Can't display values when using a calendar

I am working to display some yearly data.  The end goal is use use data from 2 different queries. They both have their own date fields that correspoond with the data. I made a calendar using the CALENDARAUTO function to encompass all the dates between the 2 queries.  My issue comes down to using that calendar. Each query displays data when using the dates from the query. When using the Calendar that data is only displaying a summation of all dates at each date.  Images below show one example. The first is using the query's date, the second is using the Calendar's date.  How can I make this work so I can display the data from the 2 queries using the Calendar's date.
