Hi @Hank_Hsueh,

1. Is the problem solved?

2. May I ask which Power BI license you are using? and the size of your PBIX file? Can other PBIX files be published normally?

Looking forward to your reply.

Best Regards,
Gao

Hi @v-cgao-msft ,

1.No. This problem still not solved.

2. I'm using Power BI Pro and my file is 545MB. Other PBIX files can be published normally if its size under 500MB  .

Can you answer me why my file can't be published when my file over 500MB ?

Because in PowerBI web document said the limit of dataset is 1GB.

Hi @Hank_Hsueh ,

1. Have you tried publishing this PBIX file to another workspace? What were the results?

2. Service -> Workspace for published reports -> Check how much group storage is left.

I already check my storage left ,I think it not the root cause.

Do anyone has any other  solution can fix it?

It's really bother me....

Because I don't know what is wrong only got Error code 500....

Hi @Hank_Hsueh ,

It's hard to find the cause of the problem.
Finally tried exporting it as a Power BI template (File menu - export), re-importing the data before publishing.

If this still does not work, we recommend that you open a support ticket here.
