Can someone share the name of this visual or formating that needs to be done

Can someone comment on what kind of visual this is (maybe a name) or suggest how to go about doing this? Is this table visual but how are green bars added there?

Thank you

Those are just data bars under conditional formatting for that field:

I was going to apply some conditional formatting but it is asking me for min and max values. I don't know what my values will be. I mean now I know based on slicer selection but as more data comes in I don't know how high and how low they will be. What am I supposed to enter for these values?

Just leave it as the defult Lowest and Hightest, no need to put any number in there.  You see how you can click OK with the "Enter value fields" empty?  Leave them blank and it will use the lowest and higest from the visual to set the bars.
