Can i make one formula that computes three collumns ?

that is the measure from excelthat is the measure from exceland that is the data i use and the resultand that is the data i use and the result

so i need to make an count using that information on the images inside power bi, i already tried few methods, and they always give me just the 100% result, and i need to make it give me the alternate results, since that measure will be about worked time percentage and i need it to be as precise as it can.
