Can PowerBI monitor a Sharepoint folder and load/process new files in that folder or new files in its subfolders?

Hi @Anonymous ,

You can connect to SharePoint folder in power bi desktop to catch the files' name, extension, modified time, created time and file path in the SharePoint folder as a table:

If the folder adds / deletes / modifies some files, just click the Refresh button to get the latest information.

If you want to get more details, you can connect to SharePoint (Online) list:
