Can I protect or lock my PBIX file for use by other PowerBI Desktop users?

Our organization does not have the PowerBI Pro license. Instead of publishing the report online portal, we share the PBIX files and our users use PowerBI Desktops. In Excel, you have the ability to lock or protect excel cells or worksheets from other excel users so that they can't change the layout or modify formulas unless they have the password. Does PowerBI Desktop have a similar ability to protect columns / measure or reports from other PowerBI Desktop users?
