    Hi RandomDept 

    Use the matrix visual with all  fields added as a row category well and set the layout to outline

     

    Note: There isn't currently no option to turn on/off the weight of a row header category so all fields in the higher level hierarchy will be in bold.

Hello, danextian Your Answer is correct, but if you want to remove the boldness of the row subtotals you can use this option enable in the row subtotals that

-> try to remove boldness and also select apply to label option as well so you get this type of output;
