Can I create a conditional column that doesn't change?

I am working with Salesforce data, here is what I am trying to accomplish:

I want to create a column that triggers 'TRUE' if an opportunity is created by someone with a user role of 'Business Development', but I don't want the value to change if that person moves to a different team and their role is updated to something else. Is this possible in Power BI?

@Anonymous , we can copy data from one table to another, but the problem is it will always be recalculated on load. There is DAX append technique, But I doubt that can be used here

you have to build a scd in power bi using this for user and role
