¿Es posible colocar un campo en blanco para escribir cualquier valor y otros con fórmulas que traigan y realicen algun cálculo? si esel caso me pueden dar un ejemplo?

Power bi needs an existing dataset, then you could do some calculations based on the datastet with power bi.
it doesn't support to put any values in the blank table with a calcuation.
If "any values" only refer to values of number type, you could consider "what if" parameters.
