Calculation on day and agent condition

Hello! 

Currently i have a tracker connected to Power bi. 

It basically registeres all the actions diffrent agents perform for task tracking. It has dates, employee id, type of actions etc.

I need to be able to assign a pre defined amount of time worked per day per employee.

have it distribute those hours '3.3' for each day they work, and for each individual this in a new column.

current Strucutre is Emplyee, duration, task started, finished, time spent, action, Case #, Date received
