Hello Team - I am working on a requirement to consolidate different metrics and show in 1 single tabular fomat. I have the data as below:
| Document Number (DN) | Document Type (DT) |
| DN1 | IN - Invoices |
| DN2 | VP - Vendor Payment |
| DN3 | IG - Invoice Gross |
| DN4 | PP - Payment Posting |
| DN5 | IN - Invoices |
| DN6 | IN - Invoices |
| DN6 | PP - Payment Posting |
I would like to get this into below format.
| KPI | Value | Comment |
| # of Invoices | 4 | Count of DN's where DT = IN or IG |
| % of Electronic Payments | 33.33% | Count of VP's / (Count of VP's + Count of PP's) |
Like this, I have multiple KPI's. I am trying by creating a table at DAX level using SUMMARIZECOLUMNS. I am able to do for count but not %. Please help me if this can be achievable. If so, please guide.
Thanks,
Phani
Thank you, @Ritaf1983 . This would really help in formatting the measures.
Correction: Now I am able to do the % calculation. But when I take off the granulariy, % is summarized. Please see below screenshots.
% Period wise is correct.
When I take off period from the visual, it goes wrong as it sums both the percentages. Ideally it should be 3.09% (35/1132) but it shows as 5.89%.
Thanks,
Phani
Hi @PS_78
You need to create a table of wanted measures and achieve the goal using dynamic measure with selected value function.
Please refer to the linked post, my solution there includes PBIX.
