Calculation in Metrix

testMetrix.JPG

here I have some example, I am using Power BI Metrix as above, so I want to subtract  expenses total(2382) from Income Total(16500) and show as Gross profit with value (14120) above the Asset line, is there any DAX queries for this one or is there a workaround for this one, please help me to do this one.

Thank you

Hi @harshaSampath81,

You can try to use if statement to check current content to force replace display result based on specific calculate formula.

Sample formula:

Measure =
VAR currCate =
    SELECTEDVALUE ( Table[Categroy] )
VAR currDesc =
    SELECTEDVALUE ( Table[Desc] )
RETURN
    IF (
        currCate = "Income"
            && currDesc = "Cash In Bank",
        CALCULATE (
            SUM ( Table[Amount] ),
            FILTER ( ALLSELECTED ( Table ), Table[Categroy] = "Income" )
        )
            - CALCULATE (
                SUM ( Table[Amount] ),
                FILTER ( ALLSELECTED ( Table ), Table[Categroy] = "Expense" )
            ),
        SUM ( Table[Amount] )
    )

Notice: these replace value not summarize with original records.
