Calculation Not Working for Higher Level Hierarchy
Help no longer needed - I realized I was approaching this completely wrong, and the solved ended up being an extremely specific ask and is likely not useful to others. Thank you for those that looked at this!

Unfortunately that althrough i've read the description again and again, i haven't clearly replicate your problem.
