I am attempting to create a visual that uses a calulation group using 2 separate values (Actual & Budget) from 2 different tables. From researching, I am not sure what the best way to approach this is.
The attached picture shows what it looks like if I just create the measures separately, however I am attempting to dynamically switch between measures such as Expense, Labor, Revenue, etc, but also interact with budgets which come from a separate table. What is the correct way to approach this?
Here is an example of what I am trying to accomplish (albeit this only references columns based off actuals and does not include budget comparisons).
EDIT: Solved: After research, it appears there is no way to do this. I ultimately just created measures for each type (Expense, Labor, Revenue) and used bookmarks to overlay each other.
Hi @DCrone
Can you provide some sample data and the output you want , so that can provide more suggestion for you.
Best Regards!

have you looked at field parameters? might make more sense to do that?

I am using field parameters to select the different measures already. I have a screenshot showing "Measure Selector" of it. What I am trying to accomplish is to include budgets comparisons (different table). Any idea how to integrate that?
